Landlords and property managers check carefully at handover. We clean in Beelitz to the requirements of the flat handover – kitchen, bathroom, windows, floors – and bring all cleaning supplies ourselves.
Beelitz is in the county of Potsdam-Mittelmark in the Berlin surroundings; the trip from Berlin-Wedding is approx. 56.4 km, about 65 minutes in normal traffic. Postcode(s): 14547.
Beelitz is known for Beelitz asparagus, the Beelitz Heilstätten with its treetop walkway and a small old town.
For orientation when planning the job:
With detached houses in Beelitz, an end-of-tenancy clean often covers several floors, basement, terrace and many windows. We calculate crew and time accordingly and bring all cleaning supplies.
We are also active in the neighbouring places Michendorf, Werder (Havel), Trebbin and Potsdam.
The price depends on flat size, condition and the scope you want. We give you a non-binding quote at a negotiable flat rate – with no weekend surcharge and no hidden costs.
Typically floors, kitchen with cupboards and appliances, bathroom and sanitary, windows and frames, doors and skirting boards and removal of rubbish. We agree the exact scope with you and your landlord’s handover requirements.
Larger streets include Treuenbrietzener Straße, Trebbiner Straße, Berliner Straße, Clara-Zetkin-Straße. Whether there is room for a vehicle at your door is clarified at the survey – with a no-parking zone on request.
All information without guarantee. Journey times are estimates in normal traffic.
