Landlords and property managers check carefully at handover. We clean in Friedrichshain to the requirements of the flat handover – kitchen, bathroom, windows, floors – and bring all cleaning supplies ourselves.
Friedrichshain is a district of the Berlin borough of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. From our base in Berlin-Wedding it is approx. 11.8 km, about 30 minutes in normal traffic. Postcode(s): 10243, 10245, 10247, 10249.
Friedrichshain stands for Boxhagener Platz, the East Side Gallery, Volkspark Friedrichshain, Karl-Marx-Allee and the RAW site.
For orientation when planning the job:
Period apartments in Friedrichshain often have wooden floorboards, stucco, box windows and large window areas – all of which need more time and the right approach for the end-of-tenancy clean so the handover goes smoothly.
We are also active in the neighbouring places Kreuzberg and Prenzlauer Berg.
The price depends on flat size, condition and the scope you want. We give you a non-binding quote at a negotiable flat rate – with no weekend surcharge and no hidden costs.
