For orientation when planning the job:
With detached houses in Wandlitz, an end-of-tenancy clean often covers several floors, basement, terrace and many windows. We calculate crew and time accordingly and bring all cleaning supplies.
We are also active in the neighbouring places Mühlenbecker Land, Biesenthal, Bernau bei Berlin and Panketal.
The price depends on flat size, condition and the scope you want. We give you a non-binding quote at a negotiable flat rate – with no weekend surcharge and no hidden costs.
Yes. We schedule it so the cleaning takes place immediately after moving out and before the flat handover.
