Landlords and property managers check carefully at handover. We clean in Zehlendorf to the requirements of the flat handover – kitchen, bathroom, windows, floors – and bring all cleaning supplies ourselves.
We start from Berlin-Wedding: Zehlendorf is a district of the Berlin borough of Steglitz-Zehlendorf, and the trip is approx. 18.7 km, about 30 minutes in normal traffic. Postcode(s): 14129, 14163, 14165, 14167, 14169.
Zehlendorf offers villas, detached houses, Teltower Damm, Krumme Lanke and Onkel Toms Hütte – quiet, green and well linked to the S-Bahn (S1).
For orientation when planning the job:
With detached houses in Zehlendorf, an end-of-tenancy clean often covers several floors, basement, terrace and many windows. We calculate crew and time accordingly and bring all cleaning supplies.
We are also active in the neighbouring places Lichterfelde.
The price depends on flat size, condition and the scope you want. We give you a non-binding quote at a negotiable flat rate – with no weekend surcharge and no hidden costs.
Typically floors, kitchen with cupboards and appliances, bathroom and sanitary, windows and frames, doors and skirting boards and removal of rubbish. We agree the exact scope with you and your landlord’s handover requirements.
Larger streets include Teltower Damm, Onkel-Tom-Straße, Berliner Straße, Dahlemer Weg. Whether there is room for a vehicle at your door is clarified at the survey – with a no-parking zone on request.
All information without guarantee. Journey times are estimates in normal traffic.
