Smaller flat, assisted living or care home: for a senior move in Kleinmachnow we handle sorting, packing, transport, set-up and – on request – renovation and disposal, a convenient all-round package.
We start from Berlin-Wedding: Kleinmachnow is in the county of Potsdam-Mittelmark in the Berlin surroundings, and the trip is approx. 23.7 km, about 35 minutes in normal traffic. Postcode(s): 14532.
Kleinmachnow lies between Berlin and Potsdam on the Teltow Canal – with many detached houses, villas and green streets.
So that access, carrying routes and parking work out, we know the surroundings:
With detached houses and villas in Kleinmachnow, basements, attics, garages and garden furniture are often added to the load. We record all of that at the viewing and calculate crew, vehicle size and time accordingly.
We are also active in the neighbouring places Stahnsdorf, Teltow, Potsdam and Ludwigsfelde.
Costs depend mainly on volume, floors and lift, carrying distances, distance driven, extra services (packing, assembly, parking permit) and date. That is why we do not quote flat prices at random: after the free survey you receive a non-binding fixed-price quote – with no hidden costs.
We help with sorting, store items if needed or dispose of and recycle inventory that is no longer required.
Larger streets include Zehlendorfer Damm, Hohe Kiefer, Stahnsdorfer Damm, Potsdamer Straße. Whether there is room for a vehicle at your door is clarified at the survey – with a no-parking zone on request.
All information without guarantee. Journey times are estimates in normal traffic.
