Landlords and property managers check carefully at handover. We clean in Pankow to the requirements of the flat handover – kitchen, bathroom, windows, floors – and bring all cleaning supplies ourselves.
We start from Berlin-Wedding: Pankow is one of Berlin’s twelve boroughs, and the trip is approx. 10.3 km, about 25 minutes in normal traffic. Postcode(s): 10405, 10407, 10409, 10437, 10439 …
For orientation when planning the job:
Every flat in Pankow is different. We look at size, condition and handover requirements beforehand and offer an end-of-tenancy clean at a fair flat rate.
We are also active in the neighbouring places Mitte, Lichtenberg, Reinickendorf and Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg.
The price depends on flat size, condition and the scope you want. We give you a non-binding quote at a negotiable flat rate – with no weekend surcharge and no hidden costs.
