Landlords and property managers check carefully at handover. We clean in Reinickendorf to the requirements of the flat handover – kitchen, bathroom, windows, floors – and bring all cleaning supplies ourselves.
We start from Berlin-Wedding: Reinickendorf is one of Berlin’s twelve boroughs, and the trip is approx. 8.5 km, about 20 minutes in normal traffic. Postcode(s): 13403, 13405, 13407, 13409, 13435 …
For orientation when planning the job:
Every flat in Reinickendorf is different. We look at size, condition and handover requirements beforehand and offer an end-of-tenancy clean at a fair flat rate.
We are also active in the neighbouring places Mitte, Pankow, Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf and Spandau.
The price depends on flat size, condition and the scope you want. We give you a non-binding quote at a negotiable flat rate – with no weekend surcharge and no hidden costs.
